i (Zeta) think that we should be just far enough into the future to be out of nuclear generators and into partical accelerators.

That reminds me, we wanted to cut back into the whole nuclear aspect a LOT didn't we.
So how much do we want to obliterate nuclear.
Keep in mind that the reactors came after the bombs.
From what I have gathered the general consensus is that we never managed to split the atom.
Also if we didn't spend all the time on nuclear what did we spend it on, keep in mind that what ever we research instead of nuclear it will be fairly advanced.
Please voice your opinions and I will compile a poll later

I agree that the nuclear aspect should not be one of the main sources of power/energy, but we will need, I believe, some of the information that we have achieved. Going back to before "splitting the atom" was discovered would mean losing some valuable data that we have acquired over the past years.

Emma, Remember that leaving out splitting the atom from world history does not necessarily mean that we have to go back to the time period when the atom was split. It is possible to simply re-write that portion of history to remove that one event. However be careful with this decision, because once done, it cannot be undone. -GM
